Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping
We currently do ship outside of the United Kingdom. If international shipping is available, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages
FlipperTrend is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
